原发性喉非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例

摘要：Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a kind of disease which might manifest in varied form.Unlike squamous cell carcinoma, the majority of laryngeal tumors, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in larynx is extremely rare.Here we present a primary laryngeal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, a 66-year-old female, with a history of recurrent sore throat and hoarseness for over 1 year.Laryngoscope and computed tomography result were presented, and surgical resection was performed under the suspension laryngoscope using CO2 laser.According to the pathological immunohistochemistry result, the final diagnosis was laryngeal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was applied.There was no recurrence.
