低温等离子射频消融早期鼻中隔软骨肉瘤2例

摘要：Septonasal chondrosarcoma is extremely rare,though chondrosarcoma ranks the third in bone malignant tumors.Typical symptoms can be lack duing to elusive anatomical structure of the nasal sinuses,which easily leads to misdiagnosis.Here we reported two cases of low-grade chondrosarcoma deriving from nasal septom removed by intranasal endoscope using coblation.MRI and CT scan revealed typical ring-and-arc appearance.Treatment with septonasal chondrosarcoma varied from neoplasm staging and surgical approcaches had been reported long disease-free survival.
