妊娠期鼻炎的研究进展

摘要：Rhinitis during pregnancy refers to the various causes of rhinitis during the pregnancy,such as allergic rhinitis,vasomotor rhinitis,drug rhinitis,etc.Patients could have symptom before pregnancy,during pregnancy or postpartum symptoms.Pregnancy rhinitis (PR) appear only in pregnancy,and the main clinical manifestations is nasal congestion and the symptom disappeared after pregnancy.There are some similarities between PR and rhinitis during pregnancy,but the clinical feature,treatment option and prognosis are different.PR can affect the quality of life throughout pregnancy,and may even lead to increased risk of OSAHS in women and a threat to maternal and baby's safety.This article will review the research progress of the pregnancy rhinitis.
