涎腺霍奇金淋巴瘤1例

摘要：Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) of salivary gland is extremely rare.We reported a bilateral HL in a female of 58 years old,whose main clinical complaint was bilateral enlargement of parotid gland and cervical lymph nodes.The clinical symptoms were relieved after intermittent treatment by anti-inflammatory drugs and traditional Chinese herbs resulted in misdiagnosis of chronic lymphadnitis.The postoperative pathological diagnosis was HL of parotid gland,submandibular gland and cervical lymph nodes.It implies that lymphoma shall also be take into consideration even if anti-inflammatory drugs and Chinese traditional herbs have treatment effect on a parotid gland mass.
