ECP在气道变应性疾病中的应用进展

摘要：Eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)is a heterogeneous molecule originating from activated eosinophil granulocytes.Airway allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis and asthma are closely related eosinophils that Infiltrate local tissue.ECP can be actively used in the diagnosis of allergic disease,curative effect evaluations as a biomarker.The origin and the biology function of ECP as well as its relations with the infection are introduced,espcially,the relationship between ECP and ashma、allergic rhinitis are also addressed.
